UCC Membership

If you're interested in signing up for a UCC membership, you've come to the right place.

You'll need to be a UCC member if you want to keep your account, vote at General Meetings, or access any UCC services. You don't have to be a member to hang out on the mailing lists, or even to come to events, but we'd really appreciate your support (it'll also make events cheaper).

Signing up as a new member

If you have not been a member before, the best way to sign up is by finding the clubroom, and then asking one of our friendly door members to help you sign up.

If you can't make it in to the clubroom, don't worry — signing up online is easy. Just head over to the new MemberDB website and then send an email to the committee. Online card payments are available through MemberDB, but you can also pay us using our bank details below or visit the clubroom in person.

Renewing your membership

Note: this only applies to those who have a working UCC account and know their login details. If you cannot log in (as you would to access webmail or any of our clubroom desktops), please contact the committee.

If you have been a member before, and wish to renew your membership, please go straight to the new MemberDB website. Log in with your UCC username and password, go to the Renew page and enter your details. Payment through the website is available, as is paying via bank transfer (see below) or by cash in the clubroom.

Payments

  • We accept cash payments in person any time the room is open. One of our friendly door members will help you get started. Not sure if someone's around? Check our webcams!

  • If you wish to use direct debit, please register first, and then transfer your membership fee to UCC:

    • Bank: Westpac Bank
    • Account Name: The University Computer Club
    • BSB: 036054
    • Account Number: 285739

    OR

    • PayID: 98 843 368 069

Please put your account login name as the description field.

Feel free to send any comments or queries to committee via email.
