Machine Technical Reports

Clubroom Machines

  • [BIRD] broke venice

    • It's temporarily a laptop docking station.
    • Tried to change the resolution to 1440p and it broke everything.
    • Need to reinstall/wipe/idk

  • [BLU] has issues connecting remotely to server on christmas

    • Probably a Windows firewall issue.

  • Will be getting a bunch of new SSDs for machines.

  • [GPO] has a 5700X3D to sell to the clubroom, and wants to buy two more for this semester grant.

    • [ROY] has worries about AliExpress warranty.
    • It will probably be fine, if it comes broken we can refund it.

  • [SEB] moves to budget $240 to purchase a 5700X3D from [GPO]

    • Need more testing before we can determine if they are having issues.
    • They seem to be working fine for now.
    • Found a way to clear config to allow us you reuse them

  • Keep on the look out for mechanical keyboard sales

    • BLACK FRIDAY COMING SOON.

  • Look into replacing eggman speaker.

    • eggman is currently unable to speak.

  • We might look for Bluetooth dongles/cards.
