President's Report

  • Having a full-time job is time consuming! Who would have thought? 😛
    • This is the same a last week because my state of affairs is the same as last week

Vice President's Report

  • Have been working on stuff, but unfortunately got quite sick last week and only just recovered.
  • Have been attending meetings and working through my backlog of action items and other tasks over the last couple of days.
  • More will be placed in relevant sections.
  • Still waiting on a couple of reimbursements, with confirm with other exec at or after this meeting.
  • I am upset about mouldy lemons... please people, use common sense when putting dirty bottles in the donation bin...

Secretary's Report

  • Haven't really been doing much.

  • Finances Report:

Servers

  • One donated Dell server has been comissioned as "Madtop".
    • Thanks to [DBA], [NTU] and [MPT].

Network

  • Working.
  • Some more progress with 10G upgrades.

Desktops

  • Corydoras issue was confirmed to be a bad GPU.
    • GPU has been removed and remaining machine has become Cerberus.
    • We are down another desktop and Corvo now has dual monitors.

Miscellaneous

  • Cerberus fault was confirmed to be bad motherboard.
    • GPU has been extracted and placed into Corydoras, which has then become the new Cerberus machine.

    • The more you pay, you go to front of the line faster. As you do that it becomes more expresnsive.
    • Arcade game, if you die a certain amount of times, have to pay to play again.

  • Sunday 27th 10am with a door meeting after and then the OGM.

O-Day

  • We have now received confirmation of our stall and the information pack.

    • We are with PCS, UniSFA and Unigames again.

  • We need to bring our own hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies.
