##President's Report
- Cleanup happened over the weekend.
  - Everything is now clean
  - The first non committee/door/wheel member into the room on Monday actually remarked on how much nicer it was
- So did Cheese Tournament
  - Apparantly Undergrad Dr Boom is not cheese enough
  - Neither is one punch priest

##Education Report
- [EJK] is at work
- Nothing planned until after Christmas
- Events event happened, attendees split into two groups, ed/soc
  - Summary of confirmed Ed things
    - O-Day Plastered with cool ed stuff
    - Fresher welcome is "Learn to Linux"
    - First tech talk is "UCC Services"
    - Intro to prog every week and tech talks every fortnight
  - An idea for a second tech camp was floated
    - Committee is generally against it, if anything it's a job for 2016
      committee

- Still need to price up 3D printer

    - All of the above have suggested dates planned 

- Pizza night had solid attendance
  - Close to 15 attending

##Treasurer's Report

- ~$1200 going to term deposit

- [BG3] still needs Westpac money access

- [JDN] purchased bandaids and burn gel for first aid kit

##Secretary's Report
- [CHS]'s computer has been named charity
- Took minutes at the events event
- UCC shirts will happen one day

##Fresher Rep's Report
- Pizza Night on Friday night had really good attendance

- Hearthstone Tournament on Sunday went pretty well
  - 10 players, also some spectators
  - Michael Wise won again, with burst Paladin, Shadow Priest
  - In general Hearthstone tournaments were good

- [CHS] moves to reimburse [LDA] $30 for Hearthstone Tournament prizes
  - [BG3] seconds, motion passes, 6 for, 1 abstain, 1 against

##Machine Technical Reports
- There was a scheduled outage on Thursday night
  - Thanks to [BOB] and [TPG] for helping shut down all the servers
  - Mussel failed to boot to the right disk
    - [TPG] interviened to fix it
  - Maltair got stuck in it's boot cycle
    - [BG3] kicked it along
  - Nothing seems to be too broken as of yet
    - IPV6 and VPN are sorta broken
- Cockgrunter seems to be FITH
- Cleanup happened so machines may be in new positions
- There seems to be an issue with the mailman mailing lists
  - Has existed since Thursday night when the power was out
  - [BG3] will look into it this afternoon, unless he finds someone to do it sooner
    - [BOB] has fixed it during the meeting

- First Aid bits (Burn Gel, Bandaids)

- Have plenty. Both machines were stocked during the cleanup

- Have a new tenancy agreement that must be signed by all current members of exec
  - Next years Exec well have to sign one as well

- CSSC president came around to the club again
  - [CHS] probably invited their club to our Start of Year LAN

##Events
- Event Planning Event
  - Social and Ed Calendar has been suggested for 2016
  - Once it's cleaned up it will be publicised on the website
  - Half-minutes will be emailed out too

- Cleanup
  - Special shout out to:
    - [EJK]'s Dad who came along to help out
    - [EJK]'s mum who leant us her vaccuum cleaner
  - Will determine who sent apologies later this week, as mailing lists are currently broken
    - It's likely some people will be removed from door
  - Some of the apologies given were horriblly vague
    - Reasons for apologies should definitely be given unless the reason is
      sensitive in nature

- Hearthstone Cheese Tournament
  - Tournament was was pretty good, see frep report

- Oday
  - [CHS] booked the stall, will cost $490
  - We need fresher guide, stickers, flyers
  - Need finialise how we're laying out the stall
  - Forms will probably be electronic this year
  - Further organisation will be done at the beginning of 2016

- Special General Meeting for Term Deposit
  - At the 2015 AGM a motion was made and passed to hold an SGM in January to
    discuss and decide what to do with the term deposit when it matures in
    March
  - Date to be decided, likely Friday 29th

- [BG3] to rewrite policies with [SAS]

  - Going to look at the parts we have in the machine room to see if there is anything we don't need to buy
- [BG3] to purchase water cooler for club
  - Weekend was busy. Will go past officeworks later this week
- [CHS] to buy optical audio cable for club
  - Done

##General Business
- [BG3]: Unigames wants to know if we would like to run a joint Uncharity Vigil in February next year
  - Committee discusses running as a joint event, running as simultaneous
    seperate events, or UCC not participating at all
    - UCC wants to run Uncharity Vigil as seperate simultaneous events
  - Dates floated were 12th, 13th, 19th, 20th, 26th of Febuary
    - Cleanup is on the 20th, O-Day on the 26th
    - Committee consensus that Friday is better, and better to run prior to cleanup - run on the 12th

- [BG3]: Determine when we will be meeting over Christmas/New Year
  - UCC committee will attend meeting on the 21st
  - After that meetings will resumed in 2016, possibly with a new meeting time
  - [LDA] will be absent for most of January due to being in South Africa
    - [EAR] possibly to attend and give frep reports
