- ReLAN confirm'd, posters up, see events
  -Ryan's Report
- ReLan event has been shared to the UCC Facebook page, thanks to BG3 for sending the invites out to everyone in the group as well.
- Charity vigil is in a few weeks, start saving money! It's a great cause and there's literally no reason not to support it short of not having money.
 - No really.
 - The Donor Letters should be organized and sent out as part of UCC's mailed advertisement for the event, please don't forget these, they're part of the door fee prize pool.
 - Ruisi is working on getting a proper Charity Crawl happening, by which I mean joining in on Unisfa's charity crawl,
   1 PM on Sat the 12th, starting at Forrest Place for unisfa's crawl if you're interested, Jordie is doing his own little one at some point.
  - Please encourage members to go to this.
- RIP night shifts, getting home at 1-2 am is not conducive to good sleeping patterns

-Hearthstone tournament went well
 - Some attendance, ~8 players
 - Lots of people had fun, double elimination went well
 - People wanted more tournaments

- Are on top of the desks
- Temporary profiles still an issue on Windows 10
- Disk space on desktops still a problem

    - There was some murmuring of UCC paying me back for the prize pool
    - This was not according to my original plan but would be greatly appreciated
    - Reasons to:
      - People had fun
      - It was a small event, no real club growth
      - It was more than i planned,  24.99 (for 15 packs, they stopped selling 10)
    - This is up to committee, it would be nice but I would understand otherwise
    - I would like to eat this week
  - [BG3] moves to reimburses  $24.99 USD for Hearthstone Packs
    - [CHS] seconds
    - Passes: 5 for, 1 against

- 3D Printer
  - We have recieved the grant for the printer
  - Cost of printer is $736.26 including shipping
  - [AMS] moves to purchase PrintrBot Play for $736.25 AUD
    - [CHS] seconds
    - Passes unanimously

- Peripherals
  - 5 speakers at $15 - $75
  - 2 screens at $300 each - $600
  - 3 keyboards at $150  each - $450
  - 5 mice at $50 - $250
