Confirmation of minutes from previous meeting
- Last week [HTL] gave apologies and [JDN] attended, but arrived late

##President's Report
- Camp happened [citation needed]
  - Was camp good? 2 for, all others abstain

##Education Report
- Ed things didn't happen on camp
  - Noone showed interest in prog comp or running a tech talk
- Some interest has been shown in a tech talk for next semester
- No replys from emails about 3D printer
  - Will purchase Printrbot Play if we get the grant

##Social Report
- Soc portfolio absent, [MVP] steps in
- Artemis LAN EMP is being worked on, LAN will likely be in week 3

##Treasurer's Report

  - $169.80 on card
  - $6,631.24 in Westpac
  - $881.14 in Guild
- ~$500 loss for camp, better than ~$900 last year
- [JDN] needs a card

##Secretary's Report
- Minutes were taken at the Hungry Jacks campmittee meeting
  - It will end up on the wiki

##Fresher Rep's Report
- Best UCC camp [LDA] has attended
  - Hearthstone tourney happened, needs a different structure but was fun
  - If it were to be run again, 
- Next movie/pizza night this Friday
- [LDA] is good at WC3 map balance

  - Thanks to those that helped clean up, Trevor the Chef, [RME] the supplier
    of Rock Band, the RSAs, [MVP] for supplying boardgames from Unigames,
    [SAS] for organisation of the camp as well as the other camp organisers,
    [BG3], [CJS], [RME] and [NVS] for supplying scholarships and everyone else
    for cleaning up and giving us -500 dollars money
  - No first aid incidents acknowledged

  - Friday Week 1, "Come with me if you want to live."

  - Likely week 3, pending completion of EMP
