 -  I have been busy all week with everything

- We have even less money
- $691.31 in westpac
- $38.72 on card
- $604.21 in guild
  - $200 of which is an O-day float
- $231.75 in safe
  - Saving notes for O-day too
- Cash Reserve deposit has been done
  - $4266.61 now
- -$22 phone bill woo

 -  P.L.U.G (Perth Linux Users Group) has had their AGM

 -  Spooky Vigil stretch goals
   - $50 Three sets of speakers for clubroom machines
   - $100 Six speakers
   - $200 Speakers and a nice mechanical keyboard
   - $250 Add in a presentation remote
   - $300 Add one mouse (Sensei [raw])
   - $500 Two extra keyboards and an extra mouse

 -  O-Day, we are ready for it
 -  Fresher welcome is still being organized, trying to get old guard to participate
 - Camp meeting will happen after this meeting
 - OGM is on Friday

 - [TPG]: Upgrade cichlid, replace HDD with >1TB (currently 300GB)
  - Will upgrade to 640GB with drives we currently have
  - Might look at further upgrading said drives later in Sem 1/2
 -  [*OX] Giving Unigames a small wallmount rack for switches (ie white metal frame that was sitting in the machine room) so they can use it as a stand for their air-con
  - On "permanent loan"
 
 -  Door policy
   - Committee has agreed on a new Door Group policy. It shall now be sent out by Email (UCC@) and be availiable on the website and be open to consultation for a two week period before being officially adopted. Speak now or forever hold your peace
