###Servers
- [DAA] talked about MolMol on Friday Night
- **The following is unconfirmed**
  - Most things are known by at least two people
    - [GOZ] Knows about LDAP
    - [SZM] knows about SAMBA
    - [JDN] can be talked to about ZFS
      - Lol nope. No idea who wrote that but [JDN] confirmed for not knowing about ZFS
      - Also great at ordering Pizza
> [HTL] enters meeting
- Motsugo had a degraded raid array
  - [MSH] Bought a replacement SSD
  - [SLX] and [BG3] replaced the SSD saturday afternoon
  - No downtime was experienced
    - Good luck to whoever reboots motsugo next

 -  Cichlid is still crashing
   - Currently in the process of being reinstalled

 -  New SSD (see Servers)
###Snack Machine
- MiFare has been fixed
  - [BG3] found that the patch panel needed punching again
    - May also be the reason for dead ports in the clubroom
  - [NTU] helped diagnose and fix it.
  - [MLT] provided moral support
  - Also talked a tiny bit about the state of the snack machine and different plans to fix it

##Drinks and Snacks
- Needed more drinks
  - [BG3] did a coke run Sunday Morning
- Could do with more snacks

- Some mail on Tuesday from Westpac
###Guild/SOC
- All posters now need to be put up by the Guild themselves, through the trays outside the Events Office. Deadline is COB Thursday each week to have them up on the subsequent week.
- President's summit happened yesterday
  - There was lots of food
  - Nothing terribly productive happened
  - New Guild website will be up in a month
###Other Entities
 - TF2 Servers are fixed. Especially the competitive one.

 -  Arts have not gotten back to us regards to RELAN
##Events
- 40th Dinner
  - [ODF] has made the Facebook event
  - Current signups are ~28 people
- Cameron Masquerade
  - Appears to be happening but falling behind schedule
- Charity Vigil
  - It is the 3rd of October NOT the 26th of September
  - Trent may be running stuff at the vigil
  - UCC attempting to get a computer related sponsor
- Dota 2 Tournament
  - Delayed until [TJB] can discuss
- TF2 Tournament
  - [TJB] Has been talking to ISS with regards to the tournament
   - Looks likely to be postponed to next year
     - looking at setting up up so signup for the comp can be done at O-day

- [GOZ] to investigate Cameron Masquerade budget
  - Done.
- [BG3] to arrange appropriate deposit into term deposit
  - Yet to submit money but will be depositing ~$578.54
- [GOZ] to approach UniSFA and UniGames about water dispenser
  - Done. Guild might do it for free
- [SAS] to investigate water bottle subscriptions

 - Moving Beverly the can crusher
   - Likely moving it outside need the bin.
   - Need to talk to Tenancy about it
