- We have currency

- Got a customer service call from Westpac
  - Ranted about things
- Sent application to hire Camp Lesch next year
  - Need to send $400 deposit today

- Not much has changed in the fresher-verse
  - Perhaps maybe the freshers might be slowly growing up

  - CM (Formally FM) have not got in contact with us about Circuit White 12

  - We have ways of extracting money from people

    - We have people saying they wont be drinking
    - We wouldn't be able to enforce a non-drinking ticket
      - Would only save $10 anyway
      - We have too many different prices anyway
    - If the grant comes through we can lower the prices more, maybe
    - Changing the price this late would be somewhat pointless
    - Beverage package seems like best bet

  - Venue has been booked and paid for
- Charity Vigil
  - It has been approved, let the advertising begin!
  - 26th September (Friday immediately before study break)
  - Should look for sponsors
    - Should approach PCCG, Valve, etc.
  - We have entire loft for LAN
  - We have loaned our clubroom to UniGames for the event
- Cameron Masquerade
  - Is a thing that is happening, apparently
  - Want update on budget/etc.
- ISS TF2 Tournament
  - [TJB] got response back from ISS
  - Tight schedule
  - [TJB] meeting with [TPG] to learn TF2 server setup
  - [TJB] going to talk to ISS about advertising tomorrow
  - Good job [TJB]
  - Also a DotA2 Tournament they want to do

- [BG3] : Halfway through the committee's term, we should deposit the portion of interest that we need to into the term deposit now.
  - About $500, will have to move money from Guild to Westpac
  - [BG3] moves that we deposit into the cash reserve the six month equivalent amount for the term deposit as required by the Investments Policy of 2013. [SAS] seconds.
    - Passes: 6 for, 1 abstination
- [BG3] : We weren't able to purchase the IPCameras because of card issues, but they have been resolved. But prices have risen. $69.00 each with free shipping.
  - [BG3] moves that we spend at most $140 to buy these cameras. [SAS] seconds.
    - Passes unanimously
- [NTU] : Consider replacing MIFARE reader with a Proxmark 3 or other, cheaper reader
  - We are investigating whether it is the reader or the cabling right now
  - [BG3] moves that we budget $80 at most to replace the existing MIFARE reader. [GOZ] seconds.
    - Passes unanimously
- [GOZ] : Consider purchase or joint purchase with other clubs of a hot/cold water dispenser for cameron hall

  - Works with any water cooler bottle. $10 for 12L from same people.
  - Can potentially get tenancy to pay for it
  - Could sell cups through dispense
  - General consensus that this is a good idea
