President's Report
------------------
- Been busy all week
- Went to SOC meeting on Wednesday
- Helped [NEO] on snack run

Vice-President's Report

- Projector screen has arrived
  - Wouldn't fit in my bag, so couldn't take it on the bus
  - [SAS] suggests getting it for Charity Vigil, [SZM] will drive it here, if
    necessary
    - Charity Vigil is tonight, by the way


Treasurer's Report
------------------
- Haven't done safe
  - Something like $40 or $50
- Threw $60 to XReaper for webcam
- Transferred $750 to debit card
  - $400 for snacks
  - Rest of $350 for drinks or Artemis
    - On that matter, didn't purchase Artemis 1.0, so we can't get the
      discount for Artemis 2.0
- $4,487.84 in Everyday Transcations

Secretary's Report

- Lots of mail, 5 pieces
  - Two google adverts
  - Phone bill, Internode bill, and bank statement
- [BOB] suggested Sienna's, I looked at Waga Mama, will look further into
  prices for next week

Machine Technical Reports

Servers
  - We have them
  - Power surge on Monday night
    - Apparently there were two
    - The fuse started to smell, [SAS] checked machine room, nothing
      smelled/looked broken
  - SAN is not completely broken
Network
  - It reaches into the Guild
  - Wireless has been a bit weird for the last week
    - Everything as usual, then
  - [SAS] suggests we make Linux hip, 'cause it's indie and shit
Desktops
  - All is fine
    - Rei is still a bit bad
New equipment
  - Projecter screen arrived
  - New webcam
    - The other one wasn't dead, the PSU was dead
    - If we get more of these cameras, will probably want to buy more PSUs
      - Of the others XReaper had, 3 of the 4 had dead PSUs

    - there will be a dispense option set up, can also pay by EFT
  - UCC running a LAN, can be set up
    - need Guild tables
  - we have a game set aside as a prize, as well as $50 set aside
  - people will stay throughtout the night, or part of it, to maintain stuff
  - [XON] to send an email to a list about charity vigil tonight

  - There's a River Cruise, committee members from various clubs have been
    invited, not peasants
    - [NEO] harasses some poor freshers
      - [SAS] calls [NEO] a pooh
        - Fresher didn't even hear [NEO]'s taunts
  - "A Night in Vegas", on the Swan river
    - 18+ event
[NEO] : [NEO] is disappointed at lack of attendance this meeting
  - Committee members, please attend your meetings
    - We changed to this time, everyone could attend (granted [ODF] was
      opposed)
