President's Report
------------------
 - We had a LAN. It went well, ~16 attendees.
   - No major network issues.
   - Nightpass arrived eventually.
 - The network cable python became a Hydra - easier to distribute.

Vice-President's Report
-----------------------
 - There was a LAN.
 - Has been unwell.
 - Meersau is now less broken - no longer thinks it is in RAID.

Treasurer's Report
------------------
 - We have money. Roughly the same as last week.
 - Will be in tomorrow to check balances and pay the phone bill.
 - No purchases in the last week.
 - Raspberry Pi orders are coming in slowly.
 - Sold lots of drinks at the LAN.

Secretary's Report
------------------
 - Did stuff with potential sponsors, and checked the mail.
 - There was apparently a LAN. Goodo.
 - Still working in physics, just not being paid anymore.
 - Broke another computer. That's two in about three weeks. Two dead CPUs or
   motherboards, no idea which.

Fresher Rep's Report

 - Absent.

Loft Progress Report
--------------------
 - No news. UDS people were practising loudly up there.

 - Vanished for a while. Rumours of a LAN.
 - Did pretty much nothing.

 - LAN was rad.

Machine Technical Reports

Servers
 - Meersau is pretty much fixed. May or may not think it has a non-existent
   RAID array.

Network
 - Loft link worked again.

Desktops
 - Kalashnikov now has a screen.
 - New Pinball has issues wth GRUB.

New equipment
 - None.

Drinks and Snacks
-----------------
 - We are out of null coke. Han Solo sold out before Solo.
 - Running low on snacks - nearly time for a pre-semester run.
 - Small can adapter now suits Appletizer - might not work for V now.

Mail, Guild and SOC
-------------------
 - Nothing apart from the screen addressed to [BOB] as mentioned last week.
 - [EDO] will check with the Guild that we actually have a skip that will suit
   several couches.
 - Clarification about O-Day events promotion. We can sell camp tickets on the
   day.

Action Items

 - [M12] to order banner.
   - Not ordered, we think.
 - [M12] to order vacuum cleaner.
   - Not done, we think.
 - [M12] to continue work on sponsor prospectus.
   - In progress, we think.
 - [EDO] to purchase a screen for pinball

   - We also need security cables, around $80 from Compulock.
   - Increase budget to $330 plus postage for suitable screen.
     [DTK] moves, [SLX] seconds. All but [*OX] for, passed.
   - $200 for two security cables from Compulock.
     [*OX] moves, [SLX] seconds, unanimous. [BOB] will purchase as he knows
     the details.
 - [M12] and [EDO] to begin organising Quiz Night, particularly sponsors.
   - Not done.
   - Looking at the week before the 1st semester mid-sem break, not Friday.
 - [DTK] to send announce email about Sen. Ludlam event.
   - Done.
 - [DTK] to enquire about booking tables for Friday pickup.
   - Done. I believe tables happened.
 - [SLX] to send LAN reminder email to ucc@.
   - Done.
 - [DTK] to respond to Deloitte with our event ideas, bouncing via committee@.
   - Done.
 - [TPG] to respond to Eskilla about inter-club event.
   - Partially done. Let her know on IRC, still waiting for ComSSA.
     Need to figure out a good time for us, try to coordinate with others.
 - [DTK] to respond to ACS and DEEWR to advise that we sent their ads to our
   members.
   - Done.
 - [M12] will prompt committee@ and/or ucc@ asking for event ideas and fresher
   guide work.
   - Not done.

General Business
----------------
 - Talitha Milroy seems to have printed a large number of pages of personal
   documents (ID scans, etc). Apparently it didn't print at the time.
   - [TPG] will contact her to let her know.

 - Preparation of a financial report for the last year and a budget for the
   next year.
   - [EDO] will look in to it, potentially with help from others.
     He will email committee with questions, etc.

 - Snack run needed, especially small snacks.
   - [TPG] will do this the week before O-Day.
