President's Report
------------------
 - New server, and exams.

Vice-President's Report
-----------------------
 - Sick.
 - Exams.
 - Artemis developer has an unnatural aversion to responding to emails.
 - [GOZ] is trying to organize Camp: Apparently between 3rd-9th April is free.
 - New mylah happening.
  - I'm all for 'medico' as a name.
 - Am all for [*OX]'s Raspberry \pi idea.

Treasurer's Report
------------------
 - Absent.

Secretary's Report
------------------
 - Exams - 2 done, 2 to go. All good so far.
 - Medico (new Mylah) has been constructed. No install as yet, but memtest 
   went well.

Fresher Rep's Report
--------------------
 - Hi. Exams - 3 down, 2 to go. Probably passed the unit.
 - Oh yeah, I'm fresher rep. Freshers are happy, pretty much.

Loft Report
-----------
 - We had new Guild president Cameron Barnes, the Guild masterplan coordinator
   and Sturt the architect friend of [*OX] in on Wednesday.
   - Architect seemed happy with the overall plan and suggested a few changes
     which he'll draw up for us.
   - Not much feedback from Guild people.
   - [*OX] will contact Sturt to talk through the plans.

OCM Reports

 - Bob Talk went well
   - Had about 6 or so people turn up. Including a lot of people who are less
     active in that kind of area
   - It was talk.

[M12]
 - Absent.

[GOZ]
 - Worked on Camp stuff, and offered us a screen for the Artemis LAN.
 - Absent.

Machine Technical Reports
-------------------------
Servers
 - We now have Medico, a Mylah replacement.
   - We'll avoid Xen, but would like a nice wrapper for kvm.
 - Heathred seems to be stable after a BIOS upgrade last week.
   - Minor graphics issues, and a lack of console.
   - It would work fine if we removed Nouveau.

Network
 - net-working, mostly.
 - DHCP is being iffy with regards to netboot. Probably bitumen configuration.
   Will look into after exams.

Desktops
 - No explosions (reported). Everything seems to be fine.
 - Except for Caballera - still having problems.

New equipment
 - Medico, circuit board cleaner, solder wick, fuses.

Drinks and Snacks
-----------------
 - Out of everything except coke and pepsi max. Need drinks.
 - Snacks should be fine for the rest of semester.
 - [SAS] and [DTK] went to get coke and a couple of other drinks last Friday,
   now consumed.

Mail, Guild and SOC
-------------------
 - We received a phone bill for $22.04.

 - Guild still exists. SOC still exists.

Action Items
------------
 - [GOZ] to book Camp Leschenaultia.
   - In progress.
 - [EDO] will remove those that did not attend from door, and then ask for
   reasons/excuses.
   - Who knows. No point doing this now. Action item discarded.

General Business
----------------
 - [*OX] : Lets organise a raspberry pi bulk buy. Let members opt in and then
   order them all at once to save on postage/ get educational rates. People to
   pay by dispense. (Could get some and put them in the snack machine). I'd be
   happy to organise this.
   - [*OX] would like to have the club pay the combined postage, which is free
     after a certain value. Plus two for the club.
   - [*OX] moves that UCC pay for postage on any bulk buy of RPis for members.
     Unanimous, passed.
   - [*OX] moves that UCC buys 2 RPis with cases for club use, $50 each. [TPG]
     seconds. Unanimous, passed.

[*OX] : Artimis Lan
 - Currently have >24 RSVPs (29 last count),
   - This means we need to be prepared to have 5 ships.
   - Extra locations: 
     - Unisfa (approched,  will prob agee to it conditional on CCC, idk when
       their next meeting is.)
     - UDS: Anyone got contacts? It is a big room.
 - Setup: 
   - [*OX] has an exam finishing at 1:45 that day, so can't help
   - I think we should have people come and set up at 9 am (or 10?)
     - [DTK], [TPG], [SAS] will be there to set up.
     - Have a 2 ship Shake Up game before lunch.
   - Rapeseed + 2 pythons in loft,
   - dumb switch in Unigames
   - and another in location 4
   - Does VLAN magic need to be done to make clubroom machines work?
    - [SLX]: Have investigated --- no. Will need to enable loft port, though.
   - [SAS] brought in a projector stand and screen.
 - [DTK] to get the Artemis LAN nightpass from the Guild.
 - [TPG] email UDS about use of their room.
 - [*OX] to send UCC announce email about Artemis LAN.
