President's Report
------------------
 - Is very lazy (except when it comes to Fallout). Required stick-beating.
 - Have looked into camp internet, no sponsorship.
   - Thankfully, Internode have good deals for 3G, and have coverage
     (see general shouting)
 - Midsems suck, clashes with assessed tutorials suck more

Vice-President's Report

 - Profcomp. Eeuurghghargh.
 - Plux tushies have arrived.
 - Mylah dying, camp stuff happening, see below.

Treasurer's Report
------------------
 - Needs a receipt for Tux Plushie.
 - We have money - details to follow.
   - Guild account as before, minus $22.
   - $600 in safe.
   - $2.2k in Westpac.
 - August phone bill paid - $22.
 - French train ticket found in safe.
 - Worked on EMP - made it more stringent, less wishy-washy.
   - Might still need to restrict alcohol, entirely.

Secretary's Report

 - The three assignments I had due Monday all went well - now I only have
   assignment and the exam for one unit before the break.

Fresher Rep's Report

 - Freshers are as happy as pedobear at Disney World
 - Fresher of the Week: Mattison McGellin
   - Is at ucc 3 times a week
   - Favourite game: Mass Effect (Series). Loves Tali 5-7eva. (dats 2-3 times
     more then 4eva)
   - Is so unoriginal he took 2 minutes to come up with a random fact which
     happened to be "I live on the moon"
   - General impressions of ucc: Place of mystical, magical adventures.
   - Freshers are happy

 - Bitcoin tech talk at 7pm tonight.
 - Charity vigil happening soon - donation forms available, please fill them
   in with donations.

[M12]:
 - No longer works for Guild, for the next three weeks.
 - Guild elections, nothing has changed.

Machine Technical Reports

Servers
 - Mylah has gone down twice - required manual intervention.
 - Phosphorous printing is down.
Network
 - Wall ports have MAC security on bitumen to prevent people stealing network
   cables.
 - Otherwise stable.
Desktops
 - Kalashnikov (ARM box) is now working - restored after crashing.
 - Caballera needs LDAP config, or maybe re-install. FreeBSD not yet working.
 - Porcupine not currently working.
New equipment
 - The fridge has disappeared.
 - Mice: [*OX] suggests getting 6 mice. Use PS/2 instead - can't steal them
   for laptops.

Drinks and Snacks
-----------------
 - We need a coke run - 1 box of solo and coke, very lacking otherwise.
   - Need null coke, coke, etc.
 - Snacks are selling well. We shouldn't buy chocolate anymore.
 - Could possibly put chocolate bars in the fridge with the small can bracket.

Mail, Guild and SOC

 - [BOB] checked the mail, received a phone bill. $22, paid by [EDO].

   - Keyboard has arrived, so this is getting closer to completion.

General Business
----------------
[*OX] : We should hang up more posters. All out posters around guild
   are gone now.
  - [M12] to print out and hang more posters.
[MRD] : The urgent approval of $2500 (minimum) for purchase of
   replacement for mylah. See tech@ for discussion aroud topic
   (please contribute).
  - General sentiment - it would be nice to have a set of specs and a budget
    before approval. However, we really need a new Mylah.
  - Get a firm budget for camp, and Mylah, then we can probably do this
    in the next week.
  - [BOB]: At least $260 to get the IBM from Brad in to a state in which we can
    tell if it will work. Roughly the same specs as Mylah.
  - Build our own or off-the-shelf? Building own would mean we can get new
    disks in to Brad's IBM and potentially use them, delaying the bulk of the
    cost.
  - Having downtime during the camp would be bad, but not critical.
    - WWW would be down.
  - [TPG] moves for $260 for SSD's, [SLX] seconds, unanimous.
    - [M12] to go to Netplus and purchase.
[BOB] : approve $180 for camp internet
  - [SLX] moves for $200 internet budget, which is 2x 18GB Internode plans.
    - [M12] seconds, unanimous.
 - Need an antenna tower, and a weatherproof box. [DTK] to continue digging.
 - Need an organising night - Friday night is good for some of us.
   - Friday night prep night!
[BOB] : approve budgeted spending on food for camp
 - $39.90 per person, with slight various but quite generous serving
   estimates. [SLX] and [EDO] stay the figures are reasonable. Roughly
   $1300 in total.
 - [M12] moves that we approve $44 per person, [*OX] seconds, unanimous.
