(after the meeting) Treasurer's Report ------------------ - We have money - Last two weeks worth of safe = A huge amount - $1205.39 Guild - $274.13 Westpac ($1500 check is waiting to clear) - Going through donations for Heathred - Heathred has been purchased by [BOB], parts are arriving - We have lots of pledges that still need to be paid! - Thanks to everyone who has paid Secretary's Report ------------------ - The Quiz Night is on Thursday 3rd May at 7:30pm (2 weeks time) - Organisation is going well - I have printed the tickets - Thanks to [TPG], [EDO], [SLX] and others for handling the Easter LAN - It was disappointing to have to clean up other people's rubbish after the LAN - People should at least have the decency to put the rubbish in the bin - On the floor is not a good place for rubbish - Speaking of rubbish, the same goes for the clubroom - Door members should yell at people who leave rubbish lying around - People should not leave rubbish lying around - There is a Progcomp event on Saturday 28th April; it is a preliminary round - It is not too late to enter! - There is a cleanup *this* Saturday (21st April) [BOB] arrives 16:13 asking for network cards Fresher Rep's Report -------------------- - The Fresher's are so god damn happy, I'm drowning in a sea of happiness - Not much news on the Fresher Front - Gives weekly "Report of Awesomeness" on Freshers - [JAB] introduces committee to Jordan Meerwald - [*OX] threatens the Freshers - [JAB] asks committee to be nice to the Freshers - Thanks people who have helped him with learning to use motsugo and stuff OCM Reports -------------------- - [M12] is NOT HERE _AGAIN_ !!!!!
