- Working on SOC Grants
- Submitting them tomorrow (missed Finance closing today)
- Balances:
  - Guild Account: $1,447.36
  - Westpac Account: $1.62
- Been on a reimburse spree as new things arrive

Secretary's Report

- Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, remember that kids.
- No mail.

Fresher Rep's Report

- Netboot on clubroom subnet has been fixed

- Authentication on napoli was broken, fixed by [DJA]

- Combtail's RAM was broken, [BOB] and [TPG] to get replaced under warranty
  - Currently down 2GB of RAM

New equipment
- New screens arrived
- New clicky keyboard arrived (it's in the machine room for now)

Mail, Guild and SOC

- Soc grant claims due this Friday
- Busy-bee this Sunday
  - Recent major cleanup for UCC has occurred recently

Action Items

  - [DJA] takes over the task.

General Business
----------------
- [MRD] moves to recess The University Computer Club committee until November
  29 2011, following this meeting.
  - [LOL] seconds, 6 for, 1 abstain.
- [DAA] decide on which, if any, uplink upgrade project
  - [MRD] moves to approve $300 for a copper link upgrade
    - Fibre is not worthwhile given the length of time we will be in the
      building
    - [LOL] seconds. 4 for, 3 abstain.
- [TJB] for door.
  - LOLDOG has not been completed.
  - [SZM] to resend LOLDOG to [TJB]
  - [MRD] moves to put [TJB] on door upon successful completion of LOLDOG
    - [CJS] seconds. Unanimous.
