- We have the camp this coming weekend
  - Planning session tomorrow evening


Treasurer's Report

- Westpac is $1,457.34
- Other balances should be unchanged
- Charity vigil sold $32 worth of drinks and $34 worth of drinks


Secretary's Report

Fresher Rep's Report

- Freshers are happy


Machine Technical Reports
-------------------------
Servers:
- Heathred was struggling with a full TF2 server
  - Might be worthwhile updating our game server at some stage
  - Martello could be turned into a games server, but it wouldn't be much
    better
  - Issue with new machines is almost always the case, if anyone knows cheap
    cases please let us know
- Mylah dropped a disk

Network:
- 4507R rack mounted

Desktops:
- Thin terms given a terminal
- Outside thin term is dead

New Equipment:
- New 3508 switch, from [AHC] that [DAA] fixed up. Thanks to both of them
- Got some lab power supplies, from [HMC], thanks [HMC].


Drinks and Snacks

- [TPG] and [CJS] went on a snacks run. Thanks [TPG] and [CJS]. 


Mail, Guild and SOC
-------------------
- SOC meeting occurred [SZM] and [TPG] attended. Nothing important to report.


Action Items

General Business
----------------
- [DAN] Can we please acquire photoshop for use in the UCC
  - Costs $1,200
  - [SZM] to email [DAN] to find the reason for photoshop in UCC
- [TPG] Refund [TPG] $526.11 for coke run (receipt in safe)
  - [MRD] seconds, unanimous
- [DAA] reimburse DAA $58 for 50% of cost of fans + gbics for sesame, the cisco 3508 being used to interface with the new UWA network
  - [LOL] seconds, unanimous.
