President's Report
------------------
- Welcome back to those who haven't been around recently
- Incorporation paper work has been submitted. Hopefully hear something soon.
- Tom has organised with security on-going access to Cameron Hall for UCC.
  - Two sets of keys being made, a key to [MRD] and [BOB]
  - [MRD] to email door members to security.
- O'Day coming up.
  - Please put your name on the wiki if you would like to help.
- All of the parts for Motsugo.
- Member survey is closing Monday.


Vice-President's Report

- Thanks to [MRD] and [BOB] for their hard work on getting us clubroom access
  on weekends.
- Little progress on progcomp.


Treasurer's Report

- $712.20 in Guild Account
- Westpac account $828.15
- $870 of donations for Motsugo
  - Please pay your pledges if you have made one.
  - If you haven't pledged money, make one!
  - $50 is a lot to donate, really $20 is plenty from members, but thanks to
    those who have made larger donations! 
- OpenVMS sucks.

Secretary's Report

- Apparently we have some mail!


Fresher Rep's Report

- Freshers are happy.


Machine Technical Reports

Servers:
- We have a new one, it is called Motsugo. It will replace Martello.
- Please stop running fork-bombs on Mussel.
  - It won't work, we now have ulimits, thanks [DAA]
  - [MRD] has spoken to the member who ran the fork-bomb.
- Camwhore is back online thanks to a new capture card.

Network:
- We have one.

Desktops:
- We got a Razor keyboard.

New Equipment:
- None.


Drinks and Snacks

- [MRD], [BOB] and [TPG] did a coke run.


Mail, Guild and SOC
-------------------
- Spoke to SOC about painting the walls in the stairwell.


Action Items
------------
- [MRD]/[BOB] to work on sponsorships / partnerships for UCC
  - In progress.
- [BOB] to send email to door list with what is expected
  - Retasked to [DJA]. 
- [BOB] to continue with membership stickers
  - Waiting for quote from UniPrint.


General Business

- [BOB] give all new members $5 dispense credit when their account is created
  - [LOL] seconds. Unanimous.
- [DAA] new disks for mylah
  - [FEL] apparently have one/some.
  - [BOB] wants to get two disks at $60 each.
    - [LOL] seconds. Unanimous.

[YES] departs.

- [BOB] radiotelescope project money
  - Would like an Arduino, cost would be $150.
  - If the project works, Physics will cover the cost. If not, the club gets
    an Arduino Mega.
  - [BOB] supports the buying of this, on the condition the club gets the
    receipt. [LOL] seconds.
    - Unanimous.
