President's Report
------------------
- Has now finished work, and can start doing stuff for the club again.


Treasurer's Report
------------------
- Current balance is $3186.05, courtesy of [MRD].

Secretary's Report
------------------
- We have several bills, as described in my email to committee@ on 14th January 2010.
- There is also an additional bill for line rental for $22.28 (invoice #0219102177).
- I have booked the Guild Meeting Room for the AGM which will occur on 9th March 2010.
 - [RVS] to send notice of the 2010 AGM.
- A reminder to anyone with a proposal to change the UCC Constitution, you must provide a written notice of motion prior to the AGM.
 - If you send me your proposed changes I'll print them out and display them on the notice board in the days leading up to the meeting 
- I have also booked the Loft for the Fresher Welcome on 5th March 2010, and obtained permission to be there after hours.


Fresher Rep's Report
--------------------
- Have not talked to many freshers.
- Looking forward to handing over the Fresher Rep mantle to the next Fresher Rep.
- Hoping to see programming competition and various other useful fun fresher events.


Machine Technical Reports
-------------------------
Servers:
- [MRD] and [JCF] are still working on a deal with Arts to get some Sun machines for a new VM and Windows server.

Network:
- Resnet is shaped again (read: slow).
 - The packet shaper, that was distributing bandwidth evenly between clients, was on loan and has been returned.
- Need to nominate AARNet usage again.
- Also should look into getting a discounted rate with AARNet again.

Desktops:
- patience was retired.

New Equipment:
- A large tape library and 8 P4s have appeared courtesy of [MRD].


Drinks and Snacks
-----------------
- A couple of coke runs occurred, still need to go on a snack run before O-Day.
- [RVS] moves to reimburse a single future purchase of snacks for the club from FAL of any value less than $250, [LOL] seconds, unanimous.


Mail, Guild and SOC
-------------------
- See Secretary's report for mail.
- No news on any future SOC meetings.


Action Items
------------
- [CJS] to email ucc@ regarding this matter (Circuit Cellar subscription).
 - Done.
 - [RVS] moves to renew this subscription, [LOL] seconds, unanimous.

- [SJY] to look for evidence that [FEL] was paid in full, and if it can't be found, to reimburse [FEL].
 - [FEL] was not reimbursed in full.
 - Done, via coke credit.

- [LOL] to plug polos once more on ucc-announce@ and ucc_status.
 - Done.


General Business
----------------
- [BOB] : Reimburse $110 for coke run.
 - [RVS] seconds, unanimous.

- [BOB] : Reimburse $11.90 for MR Light Globe and Butane gas can.
 - [RVS] seconds, unanimous.

- [BOB] : Permission to buy jigsaw blades (metal, wood, fiberglass types) and a solder sucker.
 - [RVS] seconds, unanimous.

- [DJA] : Arrange payment for 50 polo shirts.
 - [DJA] expects this to cost $1218.25
 - [DJA] to obtain a final invoice for polo shirts.
 - [LOL] to chase up payments for polo shirts.
 - [RVS] moves to approve purchase of these shirts if the cost is less than $1300, unanimous.

- [TRS] : Tell guild finance how much money we want for the O-Day float.
 - [SJY] to contact Henry from Guild Finance to organise O-Day float.

- [MRD] : Reimburse [MRD] $127.69 for soft drink run made in January (exact amount on receipt in safe).
 - [RVS] seconds, unanimous.

- [DJA] : Clubroom cleanup on 14th February with free pizza.
 - [LOL] seconds, unanimous.

- [MRD] : Fresher Guide and membership cards for O-Day.
 - We need more lamination pouches.
 - We expect to need 60 fresher guides and 250 membership cards.
 - [LOL] to ensure that Fresher Guides, membership cards, and lamination pouches are ready for O-Day.


Current Action Items
