President's Report

- Checked mail, there was none.


Fresher Rep's Report

- Overloading does not suck that badly (in first year).
- The freshers are happy.


Machine Technical Reports

Servers:
- No changes.

Network:
- No changes.

Desktops:
- [LDT]'s machine introduced last week "curdane" is now on the domain.

Appliances:
- No changes.

New Equipment:
- No changes.


Drinks and Snacks
-----------------
- We have them, though running low on snacks.
- [CJS] to go on snack run.


Mail, Guild and SOC

- Guild elections occurred.
- 


Action Items

- [M12] to pay Resnet and PABX bills.
 - Not done.
 - Redelegated to [RVS].

- [CJS] to report on unpaid accounts lock.
 - Locking occurred, although in spite of enormous warning perioud several people are surprised that their accounts have been locked.

- [RVS] to report on Charity Vigil.
 - Nothing to report at the moment.


- [RVS] to organise donation of half of drink and snack revenue to Youth Focus.
 - Will speak to Jason before next meeting about this.


General Business

[CJS] leaves.


- [SJY] : War of the Rings - Zone3 9to1 on 2/10 or 9/10.
 - Our previous Zone3 9-to-1 had a very poor turnout, perhaps due to insufficient advertising.
 - [LOL] to poll interest for Zone3 9-to-1.

- [BOB] : [BOB] wishes to apply for door.

- [TRS] : what's the actual balance of the bank account.
 - [RVS] to find out account balance.

- [MRD] : Purchase of Windows Server 2008 licence (carry on from tech@ucc).

General Business Continued

- [DAA] to report on UCC Dinner.
 - There were 30 people at the dinner.
 - UCC did not make any profit, but there was enough money to cover the costs.
 - There were a few food problems however, many people said they enjoyed the dinner.
