President's Report
------------------
- UCC continues its reputation of being the Drama Club of 2009.
- I continue not being helpful for the club.


Vice-President's Report
-----------------------
- Wii was stolen at about 12am on Sunday 26 April 2009.
- We have webcam footage and some other evidence of the perpetrator.
- Have contacted guild to see who had Cameron Hall key at the time.


Treasurer's Report
------------------
- Wrote letter, it's pretty pro, you should check it out.


Secretary's Report
------------------
- Checked mail, there was none.


Machine Technical Reports
-------------------------
Servers:
- Upgraded udev on various servers in order to fix root exploit.
- A couple of new member machines are in the machine room.

Network:
- UWA network has issues, see mailing list for details.
- People should let [DAA] know if resnet is slow.

Desktops:
- Apollo's replacement disk is on order.
- Ubuntu has been upgraded on desktops to 9.04.
- New firefox sucks, fix will be around shortly.
- Not sure what's going on with Sacrilege.

Appliances:
- Subtract one Wii and accessories, see VP's report for more information.

New Equipment:
- None.


Drinks and Snacks

- [CJS] and [RVS] got a lot of coke from Woolworths on Thursday, about $200 worth.


Mail, Guild and SOC
-------------------
- SOC meeting today at 5:45.
- [M12] to attend SOC meeting.
- [SJY] has sent claims information about semester 2 grants to Alex Paioff so we can get Semester 2 grants after Alex lost all the claims forms.
- No mail.

- [CJS] to go on coke run.
- [M12] to attend SOC meeting, which is next Tuesday 28th April.


General Business

- [RVS] : Removing speakers from desktops.
 - Vote to remove speakers from desktops: 4 for, 1 against, 1 abstaining.

- [CHZ] : We need more bandwidth - This is a computer with shit internet
 - [SJY] will contact AARNET soon regarding

- [TRS] : buy clock
 - [FEL] purchased digital clock which is on top of machine room door.
 - Vote to reimburse [FEL] for clock upon presentation of receipt: All for.

- [RVS] : Hallway terminal circuit breaker (white 11)
 - [RVS] contacted Guild to get circuit breaker switched back on, and it now has been.

- [LOL] : BDL for door
 - [BDL] makes a statement.
 - Vote to add [BDL] to door group: 4 for, 2 abstaining, motion passed.
 - [BDL] is now in door.

- [TRS] : buy toner
 - [RVS] to buy toner for phosphorous.

- [RVS] : Theft of Wii
 - See VP's report for more information.
 - [M12] to contact UWA Security to report theft of Wii.

- [INF] : Dooring of Camden (user dog0)
 - Camden got out key 15B this morning, which is unable to open the bottom door.
 - Camden then forced the front bottom door open in order to access the top door, destroying the locks on the bottom door.
 - Camden refused to leave after being doored by [INF] and [CHZ] insisting that he was doing work. He did not leave until [CHZ] called [M12].
 - [INF] suggested a 1 day ban from the UCC Clubroom.
 - [ROW] has decided to add dog0 to the list of banned users on his computer.
