President's Report
------------------
- Club has been pretty quiet
- Things that needed to happen haven't really
- I think we've all just been a bit distracted this semester
- I'm not sure if it is still possible for us to have a dinner
- I christened two new machines a few days ago, with the help of [STU] some software to be installed


Vice-President's Report

- Not alot has happened club-wise
- Here is a virus going around that I think heath and I have killed
- New tower of power, it should last up the holidays
- I had an interview today, I look like a goose in business clothing

Treasurer's Report

- thanks to [LAW] for helping me pay some bills last week, hope everyone else's 
yeexams went well and everyone's enjoying the break.

Secretary's Report

- Wembley didn't get back to me
- Need more holiday on my holiday

Fresher Rep's Report

Machine Technical Reports

Servers:
- Manduba is on the network now, hosted at Arts, thanks [LGM] and [JCF]

Network:
- Had free proxy for a few days, is over now

Desktops:
- Have a full bench of working machines from [FEL]
- [TRS] and [DAA] spent time reinstalling machines, Jet has issues, is also on the floor
- Possibly worth looking into getting some pc's from business school if cheap
- It would be good if someone could add a brief explanation of how to work wpkg to the wiki

Appliances:
- One of the aircons tripped the circuit a few days ago, not sure why, treated symptom
- [NTU] suggests getting a clamp meter so that power consumption can be measured at our leisure

Drinks and Snacks

- Worth getting snacks

Mail, Guild and SOC

- Sent phone number to guild for their registry update

Action Items

- [LAW] to follow up business school machines
- [NTU] to organise getting computers off of [FEL]
- [VIX] and [LAW] to sort out details of UCC dinner (in progress)

- [ROW] to fix snacks cupboard (needs new hinge)
