* President's Report:
	Quiz night coming along, slowly. went into city with ROW to ask for 	sponsorship
	No progress on LAN atm

* Vice President's Report:
	Went to city, collected possible sponsorship, emails sent.
	Will give out letter tomorrow, feeling too sick
	Need to get a move on with the LAN

* Treasurer's Report:
	I'm eating chips
	Emptied cash box, deposited $200 in coins
	Balance is just under $2100 before cash box
	Needs to sort out PayPal
	Needs to chase up Bursst, owe about $1000

* Secretary's Report:
	UCC News will be sent out today, hopefully
	Minutes went up on time last week, haven't failed yet

* Fresher Rep absent:
	We presume freshers are happy

* Machine Technical Reports
- Servers
	Nothing changed
- Network
	DAA upgraded access point, to fix the undefined problem
- Desktops
	No change, nothing broken
- Appliances
	No change, packet shaper not being used
- New equipment


* Drinks and Snacks
-We have them

-Price increase on coke?

	RVS has 5% discount from woolies
	Trial to 96c for 1 week.
	hypocritical for LAW to change slot names
	"I think its hypocritical you are eating Doritos, only fat people 	eat Doritos" LAW

* Mail, Guild and SOC
	SOC meeting time wasn't mailed out

* Action Items
	-ROW to find cheap USB cables
	-SJY to email announce about Quiz Night
	-LAW to send tshirt design request to list
	-DAA to explain to LOL about locking unrenewed accounts
	-LOL to sort and lock unrenewed accounts


* General Business:
-Webcams
	RVS can get cheap ones from Dick Smith, possible to persuade to 	write off USB cables
	USB cables looking to be expensive atm

-Club Room Cleanup:
	Date: 18th before the LAN, free pizza for people who help

-Locking unrenewed accounts
	DAA did it last year, lots of work involved
	still needs manual sorting
	LOL volunteers
	Email to be sent out warning about account locking

-Maroon move:
	Moved to stop people from playing around with it

-Webcams
	UCC to pay RVS for the webcams bought
	replacing cam above door once USB extension cable is purchased

-HDD's We Need them
	to be put on next meeting agenda
