President:
 - no longer fear hell, have seen arts comms room
 - public service announcement: alcohol is bad for you
   (particularly if you have porphyria)
 - AHC has installed a proxy on our Brightlink (Livejournal is faster)
 - we have monitors

Vice President:
 - if JFK thinks he's seen a scary comms room, he should join ITS
 - got us more fibre cable, we've probably got enough to run it into the
   Cameron Hall comms room
 - do we want more cat5e? no we're good

Treasurer:
 - absent

Secretary:
 - here, first time all semester
 - still no mailbox, mail is still at the student centre
 - did a charity vigil poster, all spelling mistakes are intentional
 - looking for someone to do Crossdress with Redcross team at Charity Vigil

Fresher Rep's Report:
 - went to Charity Vigil meeting, usual stuff
 - we also need some people to man the door
 - freshers are happy

Machines:
 - we have them
 - we also have many, many monitors (it looks like a flock)
   - came from library, every single one is broken
   - we might be able to fix them
   - plan is on saturday to do some triage, work out what needs fixing
   - no objections to LGM spending up to $100 on parts to repair them
 - also from the library, we have obtained some 100M multimode media converters
 - got some 24 port bay networks switches
 - musundo - new Sunfire V480 - from School of Population Health
   - TRS' current plan is to move the Samba domain + /away and /services to it
 - tape drive got stuck, Lachlan put WD40 on it, we should really use something
   else, but it's working again, the drives have been cleaned with the tape
   cleaner
 - DAFT PUNK ARE COMING TO PERTH
 - wireless is shit at the moment
   - DAA is bleeding from his anus

Drinks'n'Snacks:
 - SJC appears to be doing his job, all is good with the world

   - defer until the machine room is rearranged

General Business:
 - door and coke purges
   - there are people who we haven't seen in ages
   - will drop Jen, Craig and Evan from door list
   - will email all coke members who are negative
   - will drop Froggy, Grubb, dayta, ack, colm, oliver, griffin, zoe and brad
     from coke list
   - ACTION: PXY to email these people
 - Xen server: postponed
 - new Mac: 20" mac with the fruit, we need at least 2G of memory (maybe we
   should just buy 4G?)
   - ACTION: JCF to get a quote
 - UEN for door and coke
   - passed by majority
   - will have to pass the coke-controllers-test

   - LAW will be our representative on the CHBC
