President's Report:
 - hideously busy with essay
 - please talk to LAW instead (he's more friendly as well)

Vice President's Report:
 - we had a LAN
 - there was a fairly good turnout, more people than LAW expected
 - power failed twice
 - CHZ and LAW had a race to write a pizza script, LAW won
 - Guild link is flakey we need to speak to them about it
 - quiz night, tickets are in an envelope in the machine room (do not lose them)
   they are $5 each (let's put them in the snack machine)
 - got an LCD from ITS, it sucks (it has a big white patch on it)

Secretary's Report:
 - I think I'm coming down with a cold
 - not done much, not had time

Treasurer's Report:
 - Apologies (not year)

Fresher Rep's Report:
 - freshers are still happy

Machine Reports:
 - We have them
 - morwong died in power blip
 - MSH and LGM replaced the drive in Arctic with something fast and big
 - we've got another machine on permanent loan from VXN

Drinks'n'Snacks:
 - we have some
 - there is a large pile of coke

Action Items:
 - SJC to determine coke credit liability/creditors
    - not here
 - PXY to email LA
    - not done
 - SJC to have a look at wholesale prices for LCDs
    - not here
 - CHZ to write a proposal for programming comp
    - not done (too busy writing terrorist handbook, not as good as Bruce
      Schnier's)
 - LAW to organise night pass for LAN
    - done, now laminated
 - DAA to offer services to clubs (bow-chica-wow-wow)
    - all set, then the guild link went down, so we're about as reliable as
      they are at the moment

 - PXY to forward sponsorship letters from last year
    - not done, forgot
 - JCF to read said sponsorship letters
    - blocking on PXY
