President's Report:
 - went to SOC
 - we're not losing our clubroom
 - we're not being fined for anything (people are in trouble, but it's not us)
 - went and bashed a CS lecture
 - fresher welcome went well, thanks to everyone for helping out
 - EE threw out the UPS for the Onyx
 - spoke to the Microsoft marketting guys, they're willing to give us "stuff"
   if members purchase Office '07: we'll get a pack with a code in it next week
 - last report for the year (sniff, sniff)

Vice President's Report:
 - went to SOC
 - don't ever walk anywhere SABAS have been, ever
   (the floor was so sticky it was not funny)
 - fixed UniSFA's computer

Treasurer's Report:
 - balance as of 5th Mar is $3595
 - yet to receive ~$800 for last year's claims
 - O'day takings were $970
 - paid DAA
ACTION: SJC to determine coke credit liability/creditors
 - no action on billing for Brightlink
ACTION: SJC to chase up billing for Brightlink
 - I have a haircut

Secretary's Report:
 - GScreamer, we now have time-lapse webcam archives
 - submitted a memberlist to SOC as a spreadsheet

Fresher Rep's Report:
 - we have them (still)
 - it's been a good year

Machine Reports:
 - we have them
 - most things are working
 - machines in the hall are awesome (I'm gleaming the CUBE)
 - LDAP seems to be stable
 - SJC has some network gear in his car
 - we need to pull AHC's switch out

Drinks'n'Snacks:
 - we need more snacks (Malteasers, M&Ms, Chips, etc.)
 - probably do a run over the weekend
 - we also need more drink flavours
 - coke resupply is probably not too far away
 - ITS coke is making us money

Action Items:
 - SJC to find out about billing
    - email sent, no response: reactioned

General Business:
 - return of thefted items - bell
    - committee has voted PXY must bring back the bell
    - will theft it again, straight afterwards
 - notify LA about availability of accounts on manbo
    - ACTION: PXY to email LA
 - Computer Angels and Planetary Advantage
    - he's not coming in
    - that's a next year job
