President's Report:
 - remarkably unproductive (even for me)
 - have ordered a new wireless access point (not in stock till next week)
 - doing some finance stuff while Sam is sick

Vice President's Report:
 - in transit

Treasurer's Report:
 - "need a medic"
 - haven't been billed for dinner (may have been sent to the Hellings)
 - got a couple of over bills

Secretary's Report:
 - missed a test

JCF arrives

Fresher Rep's Report:
 - nothing to report

The Jeff Report:
 - burger may not actually be beef
 - if I die, Jason has my OCM spot

Machine Reports:
 - we have them
 - LDAP on arctic is broken, which means no one can log in

Drinks'n'Snacks:
 - short on snacks because Sam is sick
 - will take some more coke (sniff) to ITS today

Action Items:
 - PXY to send emails to door people who aren't around
    - will do it today
 - PXY to turn up to test (this time)
    - will do it today
 - DAA to draft account-locking policies
    - still in progress
 - DAA to talk Alex re: Bright link and formalising arrangement
    - will go over it with him today

General Business:
 - Onyx/Onyx2
    - AHC has organised for them both to happen
    - where are we going to put them?
 - Coke Members (who didn't return their surveys)
    - we have 29 active coke members, we had 15 responses
    - DAA, TRS, DTA, MSH, GMB, BMW, SJH, SJC, MJD, OGM, NTU, JCF, DAG, CPK, CHZ,
      AHC (who's not actually in coke) responded
   - ACTION: PXY to also email coke members who didn't complete the survey
   - people who don't respond to email will be removed from coke
 - ACTION: JFK to come up with general business
 - ACTION: DAA to find out about billing for the dinner
