President's Report:
 - went to SOC last week, has forgotten everything, see email from last week
 - MTL bought us some boxes, wiping out his coke debt
 - <insert standard useless editorial>

Vice President's Report:
 - exams looming

Treasurer's Report:
 - money things looking good
 - we went up to $3k, now down to $1493 (T-shirts)
 - snacks and drinks are selling well

Secretary's Report:
 - no mail
 - got billed for T-shirts, so they should be in production, hopefully we'll
   see something this Friday next Monday
 - Thrusting ahead with Project Pinkwood

Fresher Rep's Report:
 - AWOL

The Susie Report:
 - Happy Birthday MSH
 - It is worth minuting that ITS has moved to the Motorolla Building

Machines:
 - we have them
 - don't think anyone has had a chance to break anything in the last week
 - you can't ssh into velvet (but you can into pitch)

Drinks'n'Snacks:
 - we have them + some more
 - we have sold out of Ribena (again), DAA wonders why anyone likes it?
 - working fluoro tube, thanks to Harry McNally
 - PXY is attempting to get more 110V fluoro starters

Action Items:
 - PXY will organise website cleanup day
    - after exams
 - MTL to buy plastic boxes
    - done, he's back in black
 - DAA, PXY, TRS to write manbo report for LA
    - PXY agreeds to read and email changes in exchange for changes to Sun
      letter
 - PXY to do a Zone3 poster after details confirmed
    - completely forgot, we also need to update the events page with new date
      will do it today
 - SJH to get dinner pricing
    - just got off the phone, Susie's Mum is ringing them
 - DAA to talk to UniSFA to set Quiz Night date
    - PXY attending the UniSFA meeting, the date is the 25th of August
