President:

        Got the webcam fixed (ee), booked AGM for 23rd March at 1pm (Tues)
        Sent out some announce emails (cleanup etc)

VP:
        IBM ordering suck (grahame seconds that)

Treasurer: (absent)
        Banked money today (eventually)
        More than $3000 in the bank

Secretary:
        Aarnet bill
        UCC aliases should get less spam now

Machines:
        Black boxes die occassionally, pitch is reasonable
        Need to stress-test them more (cpuburn, memtest86)
        Mussel's kernel upgraded, rest will be done soon
        Mussel now doesn't have a tulip, 3com instead, so should suck less

        Picked up a mac from arts (lc630), the only part to get to ucc was
        a power cable. The rest was a bit old/deprecated.

        Got another laser, some more macs from arts (probably)

Drinks/Snacks:
        Nick got drinks last night, have stuff.
        Need FAL run for snacks, binbags, paper towels

General Business:
        Can subscribe all new @ucc accounts to ucc@ucc

        Mail: we have stall 17 for oday (2 down from unigames, near the
        middle)

        We can get dinner for $46 at the Hilton (random flyer)

        Nick suggests we install some fans, will investigate ceiling fans
        as part of the cameron hall fix-up by the guild.

        SCISSA (ECU's UCC equivalent) wants to do a deal where we give
        cheaper memberships to them, we'll charge them $15 (UWA student
        price). Sounds reasonable, James to organise.

        Sponsorship letters - probably only Davyd has done them
        Mothers want something more for the discount (ie written in
        newsletter or something). Davyd etc suggest doing a newsletter
        (resurrect Murphy's Lore), Grahame+Susie to resurrect it.
        Then we can say we'll have ads in there.

        SMS screen, Bernard talked to new Guild person, said talk to Gary.
        Dunno if he's done that. Bernard can do it.

        Sponsors ready by Tuesday hopefully for membership cards etc, and
        fresher guide. Snap printing for cards, officeworks probably for
        printing.
