    - Nothing much

    - $3700ish in the bank. No unpaid invoices.

    - Booked loft, will do night pass later

    - We have them

    - MSH hasn't done yet, will do

General Business:

    - TRS put Tenancy Agreement in
    - PXY went to All Clubs Forum, bitched about roof etc.
    - GMB wants to know about budget for putting in for 100mbit switch
      - want us to pay 1/2, 2924 ~$1300. People agree sounds sensible.

    - PXY thinks we should see large computer dealers for sponsorship of
      hardware and stuff. P4, network hardware etc.
      - GMB has had limited success with trying to convince people, but
        we should still try.
      - PXY will investigate.

    - Supposedly we only have 6 guild people on the list, so
      drop Oliver and Chris Grubb. Investigate getting more people.
      - (later on) MLK says we could call a tenancy meeting if we get one
        other club to support.

    - BMW wants to be in coke?
      - He is about and there's noone about in coke.
        Put in coke.

    - Thin client machines - was brought up that X-terms suck.
      - Get some PCs, boot off NFS, run stuff locally.
      - ~$500 for microATX, 512MB ddr, athlon 1700, asus nforce mobo
        (onboard vid, sound, net), TRS getting quotes. Get two or three
        to start with.
      - Might need to look at better NICs if the inbuilt ones suck.
      - PXY thinks nforces suck under linux. PXY to get quotes on something
        not NForce.

    - UCCLan is on Saturday.

    - Dinner coming up, PXY and GMB to organise - attendence? how many
      people? ~25 last year. Not the places from last year. Discuss on
      list. Pricing ~20-25 / head. BGM to do stuff too.

    - MPF thinks we should get a windows server - find a legal license and
      a fast server and it can be done.

    - SJH says we should organise UCCCamp sooner this year. GMB to ring
      venues. DAG will do stuff, and get other people to do stuff.

    - MLK suggests sending tshirts to sponsors and send tickets
      to the quiz night.
      - SJH says do we want to bother, is it worth it for tshirts?
      - Arachnet people think yes, unsure more about others.
        Passed by apathy.
