	* The filming issue - unauthorised access of clubroom
	* Letter written to be discussed in business

Secretary Report:
	* Absent

	* Absent

Drinks & Snacks:
	* Fine. More snacks needed soonish.

Machine Reports:
	* They're good.

General Business:
	* Filming:
	- Guild at fault - communication breakdown.
	- Agreed to be taken up with the guild by majority.
	- NRR will finish up letter and bounce off committee@ucc

	* Events for 2003:
	- Big things - AGM, Freshers Welcome, Camp, Quiz Night,
	  29th Dinner, UCC LAN x3, Zone 3 all nighter, Programming
	  competition.

	TRS arrives.
	* O'Day:
	- as per bers.ucc.asn.au/oday
	- SMS screen? Need to get gear from AHC.
	- SJH to buy drinks & snacks for Oday

	* Cash box needs more security
	- LAT to do some research on decent cash boxes.

	* Membership prices
	- Guild discount issues - maybe considering a pricing
	  restructure.
