- Got bill for $100 that should be paid (TRS doesn't know what it was for)
- Ran UCCLAN -> about 20 people came including 5 freshers

Secretary's Report:
- Studied
- Got fingers singed by flames

Machine Reports:
- Mussel upgraded to 100Mb card during UCCLAN
- Dual Pentium booted with CPUs brought by UCCLAN gamers, but hard disk
and controller didn't work

Misc. Reports:
- NRR went on FAL run last Thursday -> have heaps of stuff

General Business:
- Birthday Dinner: 
	- MST will ask list where they want it held
	- Tentatively for Friday night, week 4, semester 2
- UCC Camp:
	- MST got quotes -> $375 per night, or $12.50 per person per night
(min 30 people)
	- We don't expect to get 30 people
	- We will provide breakfast and one dinner
	- Prices decided as $45 for members, and $55 for non-members for
three nights, including breakfast and one dinner.
- UCCLAN:
	- Next one on second weekend semester 2
- Beer and Pizza Nights:
	- Broadway hasn't replied to MST's letter yet
	- MST will talk to Kristy (Guild Pres) about Swan Brewery Grant
- Programming Competition:
	- TRS will talk to John West McKenna about a question
	- Tentatively for week 6, semester 2
- Membership cards:
	- MST wants to organise them early, and get business cards
	- ANT says she can get free business cards (she thinks about 300)
- Sponsorship for 2002:
	- ANT will write another begging letter
- Athlon:
	- TRS thinks can get 600 or 700 motherboard and CPU for about $200

- Webmaster:
	- FTZ is now webmaster and will post minutes

	- Ask John West McKenna to buy programmer and reimburse through
Coke account (at his request)
