President's report:
    Ordered machine.  Cheque was written out, 10 minute turn around :-)
    Very happy with guild finance.

Vice-President's report:
    Rydges are being very nice to us.  Committee agrees to book with them.

    Co-op have been nice to us.  iiNet have been very very nice to us.  Q-Net
    have been nice to us.  HarvestRoad want to be nice to us.  Winthrop are
    thinking of a donation.  In general 25th sponsorship is going pretty well.

Treasurers report:
    Handed in claim for $9276.78.  Severe lack of pizza receipts.

    Banked $639.15.

    Withdrawal form written out to pay back [NRR] for CD-Rs, [MEL] for
    envelopes/paper.  New Scientist to be discussed for general business.

Correspondance Report:

Machines report:
    Adrian should be killed.  He was playing around with some software on his
    machine and saturated the network for an hour.

    New machine coming TODAY.

General Business:
    [DES] discussed iiNet's generous donations for 25th.  They are donating
    $200, something to auction, secure web site for booking, ISDN for
    video conferencing, credit card transactions, etc.

    Money from sponsors for 25th MUST be kept for 25th.

    New Scientist.  Will ask for pledges and match any pledges.

    E-mail aliases.  Decided to keep the current e-mail aliases, but try to
    force the guild to e-mail exec or committee.

    [MEL] to be added to doorgroup.  Andrew Bailey to be added to door grop.

    [PGW] asked to be added to coke.  No objections.

    Starwon called and donated 2 3-month vouchers for 25th.

    [NTU] discussed repairing the Be.  We should do it in August.

    [MEL] comments [DES] is a spineless jellyfish and should hang his head in
    shame.
