REPORTS

o Treasurer
   - Savings account has about $500.

GENERAL BUSINESS

o O'Day
   - Sponsors: PGW will write letters
   - YAK will check up on printing firms for membership cards & forms
   - Membership cards donUt need to be changed much
   - Changes to membership form made
   - NRR will handle the FresherUs Guide
   - TDH will amend the pizza pox flier

[NRR leaves]   

o Broken Be
   - Majority of committee want to break term deposit to get BeBox fixed,
     despite earlier decision of broken Be being paid for by donations
     while UCC funded buying the 2nd (working) Be. Hardly anyone has
     pledged donations to fix Be (so far SD: $200, ECF $100). Need at
     least $800.
   - PGW will email again asking if it is still ok to fix the Be.
   - Need to email asking for donations again.
