	President
	- Been trying to get Be fixed
	- Been offered another machine from ACS
	- Needs new talk topic

	Vice President
	- Extremely very little to report

	Treasurer
	- Banked $98 
	- $639 balance
	- Submitted motions to SOC council

-- [NTU] enters

	- Received $25 from [SGC] for 1999 membership
	- Arranged for Friday/Saturday Security Pass

	Machines
	- All healthy
	- [YAK] noticed moray had been up for 50 days (!!!)

General Business:

	Clean Up
	- [NTU] told us a UniSFAn tripped on junk
	- [PGW] admitted he forgot to remind us about it
	- [PGW] asked if everyone does a little bit every time they walked
	  past, that would clear things quickly
	- Guild Busy Bee on Sunday 23rd of August
	- Another Cleanup scheduled Saturday afternoon

	BeBox
	- [DGC] has (reluctantly) agreed to take the box when he goes to
	  California
	- Sophie has pledged $100
	- [PGW] will check with Qantas about baggage limit problems and
	  costs associated
	- Be needs to be packaged nicely as they will return it nicely
	- [PGW] will organise lots more pledges so we can afford it

	Bumper Stickers
	- [DGC] has given them to [SGC]
	- [YAK] and [TDH] need to chase them up

	Chinnery's Stuff
	- [DGC] has given [SGC] all the templates etc. he's ever done

	Net Income
	- [DGC] noted that net income = net expense
	- We should charge for email
	- Wheel needs to organise this

	OCM Nominations
	- [WAZ] has been nominated, seconded and accepthed his nomination
	- [MST] likewise
